Yes. RenoChristmasLights.com is a licensed company and
we carry a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy to
protect you and your property.

How much will it cost us to have our Christmas lights
installed and taken down?
Each installation is customized to the property and
the customer's wishes. We can make the design as big
or as little as you wish. Currently we do not take on
any jobs less than $500.

How do you calculate your labor estimate?
There are several factors that contribute to the estimated
price of a job. These factors include the complexity
of the display, electrical constraints, and of course
the length of time necessary to complete the job. We
take our time on each and every job, and pride ourselves
on providing you with the most professional displays
in town.

Do you require a deposit prior to service?
Yes, once you and a RenoChristmasLights.com representative
have agreed on a design layout and a price we require
a 50% deposit to be paid upfront, prior to the installation
date. The rest is due at time of service

Why do you require such a large deposit?
The Christmas decorating season only lasts about 65
days, therefore every time slot we have in our schedule
is a precious commodity, which we can't afford to waste.
We also must set aside whatever lights and supplies
your design requires, therefore we require a deposit
to help weed out the flaky people and also to hold your
lights and supplies.

Do we rent the Christmas lights from RenoChristmasLights.com
or do we own them?
With RenoChristmasLights.com's "All Inclusive"
service program, you own the lights and decorations
we install for you. However as part of the "All Inclusive" service program in addition to the other
benefits you receive, we also handle the takedown, maintenance
and storage of all the lights and décor for you.
This way you'll never have to worry about finding room
in your garage to store the decorations or damaging
the lights.

Is there a cost to store our lights for next year?
No. The price you pay for RenoChristmasLights.com's
"All Inclusive" service program includes everything;
design, installation, maintenance, takedown, cleaning
and storage.

Is there a labor warranty just in case the lights
stop working or there is a problem?
Maintenance is included in the price of RenoChristmasLights.com's
"All Inclusive" service program. We will also
conduct proactive service visits throughout the holiday
season to make sure your program looks like it did the
day we installed it.

What exactly is the "All Inclusive"
service program?
RenoChristmasLights.com's "All Inclusive"
service program is an all-in-one solution to your holiday
decorating needs. The price you pay for our service
includes all of the following: display design, installation,
at least 2 proactive service visits during the season,
on call service technician for emergency repairs, takedown,
cleaning, maintenance and year round storage of your
lights and decorations.

Is there a difference between your lights and the
ones I can buy at Wal Mart?
Absolutely! Our Christmas lights professional commercial
grade. Which means longer-life bulbs, less power usage,
and a much lower fire hazard risk.

Will you install lights that we already own and
can you store them as well?
No. We are unable to guarantee the quality or provide
a warranty on lights that we do not provide.

Will we need to hire an electrician?
In most cases, no. But with larger installations, additional
power sources may be needed.

Do we need to be home for the installation?
Not unless we are doing any installations on the inside
of your home or business. Or if we will need to utilize
power sources or switches inside the building.

How far in advance do we need to contact you to
get a bid and have the work done?
Contact us as early as possible. The holiday decorating
season is short, and our schedules tend to fill up by
mid-November. We will do estimates anytime throughout
the year, and we start doing installs as early as October.

Can we determine the time that you take the decorations
down?
Yes. RenoChristmasLights.com will work with you to schedule
a takedown appointment that is convenient for you. We
start takedowns January 2nd.
